Our Technology Transactions group is able to provide multidisciplinary and integrated consulting based on a deep knowledge of high technology industrial and commercial sectors and remains constantly updated on the latest and most complex legal issues.
Our clients range from start-ups to national and multinational industry leaders, predominantly with a digital or technological component.
Our experience in Technology Transactions has developed mainly in the following areas:

- Blockchain, Smart Contracts, IoT (Internet of things), Big Data, and Cloud Computing;
- FinTech and InsurTech;
