We have an extensive experience in Banking & Finance and work with banking and financial institutions, investment funds, and Italian and international companies.

We have wide-ranging expertise in many areas, including Italian and international leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate loans, asset finance, and high-yield bonds. We provide both lender-side and borrower-side support for sponsors in leveraged buyouts (LBO). We handle all phases of drafting contracts and the related negotiations.

By working closely with experts in corporate and bankruptcy law, we are able to meet client needs related to financing transactions for company acquisitions and debt restructuring.
