With Alessandro Tanno’s appointment, the number of partners rises to 21
Portolano Cavallo, Italian leading full-service law firm in the Life Sciences-Healthcare and Digital-Media-Tech sectors, announces the appointment of Alessandro Tanno as partner. Tanno, who will continue to lead the Banking and Finance practice, is the first partner appointed in 2024 and the 21st partner at the firm, which currently counts 60 professionals.
In 2023, Tanno joined Portolano Cavallo as of counsel. He has more than 16 years’ experience in banking and finance and has worked with banks, private debt funds, private equity firms and funds on complex domestic and cross-border leverage and acquisition finance transactions, corporate finance, debt capital markets, and structured finance.
Furthermore, he has accrued an extensive track record with projects related to open innovation, digital transformation, and fintech, as well as venture capital and venture debt transactions.
