Maria has more than 20 years’ experience in representing clients in national and international dispute resolution in the chemical-pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, as well as other sectors. She also has successfully worked on numerous cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. In addition, her experience includes patent transactional matters, such as licensing contracts and technology transfers.
Maria has co-authored numerous publications, including the chapters “Examination of Claims, Revocation, Adjustments, Supplements, and Remarks”; “Execution, Transcription, Expropriation, and Military Secrecy”; “Advertising”; and “Compulsory and Voluntary Licenses” in the volume “Italian Industrial Law” (Scuffi-Franzosi, Cedam, 2014).
