Alessandro comes to Portolano Cavallo after many years of experience at the international law firm Linklaters. He has deep experience in banking and finance assisting banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and companies with national and cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, asset finance, and high-yield bonds.
Alessandro Tanno leading the Banking & Finance practice marks a crucial advancement in Portolano Cavallo’s expansion plan, started with the hiring of partners Andrea Gritti and Gianpaolo Scandone to co-lead the Private Equity practice.
Alessandro’s experience in the Fintech and Digital Transformation sectors will also be a valuable asset for the Startup & Venture Capital practice.
