That same year she earned her law degree from Università commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, submitting a dissertation on titled “Bankruptcy in Cases of Financial Statement Fraud”.
After graduating she continued to work with the firm, focusing on corporate law and assisting with ordinary and extraordinary corporate management and writing opinions related to the corporate and the private equity sphere, as well as to corporate criminal law, assisting on internal criminal investigations and in general issues related to corporate criminal law and white collar crime, including advice in the areas of Legislative Decree No. 231/01, compliance, and whistleblowing.
As part of her studies, Gaia participated in the Exchange Program and studied at “Bucerius Law School” in Hamburg.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association (44711).
