She focuses on criminal law and works on internal criminal investigations and issues related to white-collar crime, including defending individuals and companies. This includes advising on Legislative Decree 231/01, compliance, and whistleblowing.
She also assists Italian multinational groups with issues related to regulations on the circulation of “dual use” goods.
In 2019 she earned her law degree from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, submitting a dissertation on titled “Bankruptcy in Cases of Financial Statement Fraud”.
As part of her studies, Gaia participated in the Exchange Program and studied at “Bucerius Law School” in Hamburg.
