Rome, February 3rd, 2020 – Ilaria Curti joins Portolano Cavallo as counsel to lead the Internal Investigations group, expanding the Firm’s offering to white collar crime.

Ilaria Curti has many years of experience in Internal Investigations and white collar crime, representing individuals and corporations in court and advising on Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/01 on corporate crimes as well as corporate compliance and whistleblowing, in particular for clients in the Life Sciences sector.

“Thanks to Ilaria’s top track record in cross-border Internal Investigations, we intend to become a reference point in Italy in the field of investigations, especially in our focus areas of Life Sciences and Digital, Media & Technology,” commented Francesco Portolano.
