Daniela Amhof joins Portolano Cavallo to lead the firm’s German Desk

With this new hire, the Firm takes another important step in its international journey 

Portolano Cavallo, leading Italian full-service law firm specializing in the Digital-Media-Tech and Life Sciences-Healthcare, is delighted to announce that Daniela Amhof will join the Firm as counsel. Daniela will lead the firm’s German Desk, which provides legal assistance to clients from the DACH countries and Alto Adige. 

With more than 15 years of experience, Daniela can rely on an in-depth understanding of German-speaking clients and what they seek from the Italian market. 

Daniela specialises in civil, commercial, and corporate disputes, often of a cross-border nature. She has led the way in dealing with complex commercial disputes, post-M&A disputes, litigation involving abuse of dominant position, and contractual, non-contractual, and pre-contractual liability. 

Before joining Portolano Cavallo, Daniela spent 12 years in the Litigation and Arbitration department of Gianni & Origoni. Before that she worked for a boutique law firm with German clients.
