Mossi da questo spirito, insieme a investitori e fondatori di startup membri di Italian Tech Alliance e ai consulenti finanziari di Growth Capital abbiamo predisposto un esempio di term sheet per un round A di investimento. Insieme al term sheet forniamo anche un glossario che riporta la spiegazione delle principali tematiche e clausole legali nell’ambito di una operazione di investimento, nonché osservazioni, consigli pratici e best practice su questioni frequentemente oggetto di discussione e
negoziazione tra le parti.
