She focuses on intellectual property, copyright, and digital-media-tech law matters both in and out of court.
In addition, she works with national and international clients in the field of film productions.
Vittoria earned a degree in Law cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Genova in 2024. She wrote her dissertation on “The patentability of business models” with a comparative analysis between the U.S. approach and that of the European Patent Office.
In fall 2023, Vittoria interned at an entertainment law firm in Los Angeles. In 2022, she participated in an exchange program with Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property with a specialization in Entertainment Law. In 2021, while a student, she enrolled in the course in music and entertainment law organized by the Federico Stella School for Criminal Justice at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
