Tabita joined Portolano Cavallo in 2020.

She provides counsel on employer-side labor law, offering ongoing guidance to multinational corporations with regard to the management of subordinate, parasubordinate and autonomous employment relationships during the establishment, performance and termination phases, as well as in court proceedings.

She also deals with matters concerning the protection of workers’ personal data. Tabita also has experience in procurement contracts, agency agreements and due diligence activities relating to corporate transactions.

She is mentioned by The Legal 500 EMEA 2023 as a “key lawyer” for the Employment area.

Before joining Portolano Cavallo, she worked at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.

Tabita earned her law degree at the Università commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2016. Her dissertation on labor law was entitled “Personal Injury to Workers: Safeguarding Professionalism and Jus Variandi Under the ‘New’ Art. 2103 of the Italian Civil Code.”

In 2022 she attended the Columbia Summer Program in American Law at the Leiden University (NL).

She is a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and the Professional Women’s Network of Rome (PWN Rome).
