Micol Vitali

In the corporate law field, her activities include: preparation, keeping and updating company books, e-filing minutes, forms, documents and notices at the Registry of Companies and the Revenue Agency. She also handles interaction with notaries and agencies that assist in the issuance of digital signature certificates and devices, activities related to incorporation of new companies, request of company registration reports, deeds, and documents at the Chamber of Commerce databank, and interaction with the Land Registry Office and Properties Register.

In the disputes field, she provides assistance to lawyers in all aspects of the On-line Civil Trial (e-filing of legal deeds and documents, PEC–certified communications, scheduling and management of the legal agenda, Polisweb review and update files, as well as handling activities at the court clerk’s office). She has a great deal of experience about legal informatics, especially focused on PEC (certified e-mail system), legal archiving, use of PADES and CADES digital signatures, and timestamps.

Micol earned a degree in Modern Humanities at the Università degli Studi di Milano.

Prior to joining Portolano Cavallo, she worked for fifteen years as an Office Manager with also paralegal duties for a Milan law firm.
