Andrea has been with the firm since October 2006, advising companies on a broad range of employment issues: employment contracts also for directors and top managers, consulting agreements, non-competition covenant, bonus plans and stock option plans, employee privacy, individual and collective dismissal and disciplinary sanctions, posting of workers, collective redundancies, proceedings in the event of company transfer or merger, codes of conduct and employee policies.
A trusted figure for contentious issues, Andrea assists clients in employment court proceedings at all levels, as well as in trade union negotiations and arbitration and mediation.
Since 2011 Andrea is personally ranked by Chambers Europe (Band 5 in 2020) and he is also ranked by Who’s Who Legal as a “Global Leader” in both the Labour & Employment and the Pension & Benefits guides for 2020, further to being ranked as a “National Leader” in the “Labour, Employment & Benefits” chapter of the WWL: Italy 2020 guide.
Andrea has authored numerous articles in employment law journals: since 2010 he co-authored the Italian chapter of the book ABA/BNA International Restrictive Covenants and of Doing Business reports, published by the World Bank. He has lectured on “Employment contracts in the film and television sector” as part of the master’s course in management of cinematography and television production at the LUISS Guido Carli Business School.
He is a member of numerous associations, as the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association (AGI, Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
He graduated with a degree in law from the Università degli Studi in Messina in 1998. He previously worked for other law firms in the employment law sector.

Andrea is member of the Rome Bar Association (A-33837) and is admitted to represent clients before the Italian highest courts.
