Gianmarco Casciotta

He primarily deals with corporate law and M&A matters, assisting Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary acquisition, merger, demerger, restructuring, and joint venture transactions, as well as ordinary management. He also handles Private Equity and Venture Capital ransactions and assists the various parties involved (typically investment funds and founders), mainly in relation to the corporate aspects of such transactions, as well as debt profiles.

In 2023, Gianmarco earned a law degree cum laude and special mention from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He later earned a second master’s degree in Administration, Finance and Control at the same university.

During his studies, he spent a period of study in Belgium, at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, as part of the Erasmus program.

He also participated in several academic initiatives, focusing on topics related to Artificial Intelligence and digital platforms.

Gianmarco collaborates with the Chairs of Legal Theory, for which he was appointed “Cultore della materia,” and Methodology of Legal Science at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
