For the eighth year in a row, Portolano Cavallo was named one of the Best Workplaces™ Italia 2024 by Great Place to Work® Italia. With this recognition, the firm was again ranked one of the best places to work in Italy in its category (companies employing 50 to 149 people), and this year it earned the distinction of being the only Italian law firm on the list. Partners Martina Lucenti and Lydia Mendola accepted the award during a ceremony on March 21 at IBM Studios in Milan.
For the 23rd year in a row, the research and organizational consultancy company Great Place to Work® analyzed more than 300 participating companies and ranked them based on employee opinion survey responses.
This important recognition is evidence of Portolano Cavallo’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
