Marco Boscariol
He primarily deals with corporate law and M&A matters, assisting Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary acquisition, merger, demerger, restructuring, and joint venture transactions, as well as ordinary management. He also handles private equity and venture capital transactions and assists the various parties involved (typically investment funds and founders). He also assists clients on commercial contracts.
Marco earned a law degree cum laude from Sapienza Università di Roma in 2023. In 2022 he studied at the Université Catholique de Louvain as part of the Erasmus program.
During his studies he also was a member of the editorial staff for the university journal Sapienza Legal Papers – Quaderni degli Alunni della Facoltà di Giurisprudenza.
