Lorenzo works largely in Private Equity, assisting Italian and international investment funds with M&A and all types of corporate finance transactions and corporate legal issues. He has experience in M&A in the banking sector and has worked with Commercial Contracts.

Lorenzo earned a law degree from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2019.

Before joining Portolano Cavallo, Lorenzo worked with leading Italian law firms, assisting Italian and international Private Equity funds, corporations, and banks with a focus on a wide range of corporate transactions.
