Giulia joined Portolano Cavallo in 2022.

She deals with corporate law and has gained experience in the fields of Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions, assisting Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary transactions as well as in day-to-day management. In particular, in the field of Venture Capital, she assists the various parties involved, including investment funds and founders. She has also gained experience in Private Equity transactions. Her practice further includes assistance in relation to Commercial Contracts.

She graduated in Law in 2018 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
