Francesco joined Portolano Cavallo in 2021 as part of the Disegna il Tuo Futuro internship program.

He primarily deals with corporate law and M&A matters, assisting Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary acquisition, merger, demerger, restructuring, and joint venture transactions, as well as ordinary management. He also handles private equity and venture capital transactions and assists the various parties involved (typically investment funds and founders). He also assists clients on commercial contracts.

Francesco graduated in Law cum laude from the Università di Brescia in 2025. In 2024, he spent a study period at Mykolas Romeris University as part of the Erasmus Project.

Francesco is enrolled with the Milan Bar Association.
