He focuses on commercial law, assisting both Italian and foreign clients in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. His practice also includes ordinary assistance, corporate governance issues, and commercial contracts.

He earned his law degree from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2019.

Before joining the firm, Francesco collaborated with Italian and international firms.
