Alice joined Portolano Cavallo in 2024.

She primarily deals with corporate law and M&A matters, assisting Italian and foreign clients in extraordinary acquisition, merger, demerger, restructuring, and joint venture transactions, as well as ordinary management. She also handles private equity and venture capital transactions and assists the various parties involved (typically investment funds and founders). He also assists clients on commercial contracts.

Alice earned a dual-degree law diploma cum laude from Università degli Studi di Firenze and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where she completed the Licence, Maîtrise en Droit (mentions Droits français et italien) and the Master 2 Juriste International.
