Chiara joined Portolano Cavallo in 2024 as an intern.

She focuses on Intellectual Property and Digital-Media-Tech law both in and out of court.

Chiara earned a law degree from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2024 with a thesis titled “From Innovation to Legislation: Unpacking Generative AI Training and Functioning in the Context of EU Copyright Law.”

During her studies she attended the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa as part of the Themis program, gaining experience in the areas of new technologies and digital platforms law.

In 2024, she participated in the Moot Court Competition in Comparative Law & Technology in Madrid, where she argued a case on aerospace law.

Languages: English

She is enrolled as a trainee with the Milan Bar Association.
