Chiara joined Portolano Cavallo at the beginning of 2016 with an internship agreement, upon concluding an international exchange program in Transnational Commercial Law at the European Business School of Wiesbaden (Frankfurt).
After receiving her Law Degree from the LUISS Guido Carli University, with the final score of 110/110 cum laude and an “honor mention”, Chiara continues practicing law at Portolano Cavallo.
She focuses primarily on corporate law, advising Italian and foreign clients and providing assistance on matters concerning ordinary and extraordinary corporate management.
While completing her university studies, Chiara was involved in a variety of extracurricular activities. Since 2012, she has been an active member of the LUISS Valore Association. At the University, she manned the front desk for some time, later moving to the Summer School office. Finally, in the course of her fourth year, she completed her internship at an international law firm in Rome.
Chiara participated in the review of the chapters titled “Protecting minority investors” and “Starting a business” of the Doing Business Report’s section dedicated to Italy, published annually by the World Bank Group.
Chiara is member of the Professional Women’s Network of Rome (PWN Rome).
