He primarily deals with corporate law, assisting Italian and foreign clients on ordinary and extraordinary corporate management. He also drafts legal opinions.
Giuseppe earned his Law degree cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Catania in 2022, with a thesis titled “Venture capital transaction structure under Italian corporate law.” Simultaneously, he attended the Scuola Superiore di Catania, a higher education centre of the Università degli Studi di Catania.
During his university career he attended several specialized courses promoted by the Scuola Superiore di Catania included “Copyright & Creativity in the Digital Economy”, “Antitrust Law”, and “Corporate Governance for Listed Companies and Financial Markets”. Since 2021 he has been a member of Aspen Institute Italy as an Aspen University Fellow.
