A team of our Digital, Media & Technology lawyers, coordinated by Ernesto Apa and Professor Oreste Pollicino, authored the Digital Media Code, now in its second edition.

The code, published by EGEA, the publishing house of the Bocconi University of Milan, is a collection of statutes, regulations, EU and national case law and authorities’ resolutions on Digital, Internet, Television, Advertising, Data Protection and Intellectual Property.
The new edition of the Code is enriched with numerous additional contents (EU directives, judgements, circulars, administrative rulings) accessible via web, and they offer a complete overview of the themes discussed in the book.
An application for smartphones and tablet (Android and iOS) is also available.
